400 Reliant Motorcoaches, LLC is seeking a Motorcoach Driver to safely transport passengers on long distance and local routes including charters and tours. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and exceptional customer service throughout trips.

The ideal candidate possesses a valid CDL with a passenger endorsement and has a strong commitment to safety while providing outstanding service. The position includes responsibilities such as pre-trip inspections, compliance with DOT regulations, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with passenger endorsement required.
• Acceptable driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Previous motorcoach or commercial driving experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Ability to manage time, routes, and trip schedules independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a motorcoach for charter trips, tours, and contracted routes.
• Conduct pre trip and post trip inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
• Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and general needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
