The position requires a valid CDL with passenger endorsement, clean driving record, ability to pass screenings, and flexibility for varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with passenger endorsement required.
• Able to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Previous motorcoach or commercial driving experience preferred (2 years).
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service requirements.
• Commitment to safety and customer service.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a motorcoach for charter trips, tours, and contracted routes.
• Transport passengers to and from destinations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, state, and company safety regulations.
• Maintain logs, mileage, and trip documentation.
• Provide high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and general needs.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules and route updates.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the motorcoach.
• Follow safety procedures and respond to emergencies.
