Job summary

Reliant Student Transport, LLC in Duluth, MN seeks a part-time Motorcoach Driver to safely transport passengers on charter routes, tours, and contracted services.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, comply with DOT hours of service, and maintain logs while delivering high standard of customer service and professionalism. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overnight trips is required; prior motorcoach experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• CDL with passenger endorsement required.
• Acceptable driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• 2+ years motorcoach or commercial driving experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service requirements.
• Excellent communication and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a motorcoach for charter trips, tours, and contracted routes.
• Transport passengers to and from destinations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain logs, mileage, and trip documentation per DOT and company rules.
• Provide high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
• Assist passengers with boarding and luggage; communicate with dispatch on schedules and delays.

Motorcoach Driver Paid TrainingThe role of Motorcoach Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers on long distance and local routes including charters, tours, and contracted services. This position ensures a high level of safety, reliability, and customer service while operating company motorcoaches.
