Job summary

Minnesota Coaches LLC is seeking a Motorcoach Driver to safely transport passengers on long distance and local routes, including charters, tours, and contracted services. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and top-tier customer service while operating company motorcoaches.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, accurate logs, and professional interaction with passengers. Must meet DOT/regulatory requirements and be flexible for evenings, weekends, and overnight trips.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with passenger endorsement required.
• Acceptable driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Previous motorcoach or commercial driving experience of 2+ years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service requirements.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage time, routes, and trip schedules independently.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a motorcoach for charter trips, tours, and contracted routes.
• Transport passengers to and from destinations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct pre trip and post trip inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, state, and company safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs, mileage, and trip documentation.
• Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
• Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and general needs.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and route updates.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the motorcoach.
• Follow all safety procedures and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
