Job summary

Central Texas Harley-Davidson in Round Rock, TX is seeking a motivated Motorclothes Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll help guests find Harley-Davidson gear, apparel, and accessories and deliver top-tier service.

This on-site, full-time role offers hourly plus commission, with benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and employer-paid life and disability. Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.

• Assist customers in selecting Motorclothes and riding gear that fit their style, needs, and safety requirements
• Stay informed on the latest product lines, features, and industry trends
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space
• Accurately handle transactions using various payment methods including cash, credit, and financing
• Collaborate with your team to hit and exceed sales goals
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty
