Job summary
Palm Beach Harley-Davidson is seeking a MotorClothes/Merchandise Manager to lead the MotorClothes/Merchandise Department and drive premium customer experiences. You will oversee staff, inventory, merchandising, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
The role requires strong leadership, retail and inventory expertise, and familiarity with Harley-Davidson General Merchandise, POS systems, and related software. Expect ongoing training and participation in dealer events.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong sales and sales management abilities.
- Experience with retail sales and inventory management.
- Proven track record developing and coaching high-performance sales teams.
- Knowledge or experience with Harley-Davidson General Merchandise.
- Experience with Point-of-Sale and Parts & Service management software.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the MotorClothes/Merchandise Department.
- Lead staff, scheduling, training and performance reviews.
- Develop promotions and coordinate with Marketing.
- Control inventory, procurement, and merchandising displays.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and premium customer experience.
- Prepare reports for Principal, GM, and Directors.
- Attend dealer events and Harley-Davidson trainings.
