• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock levels to ensure optimal product availability
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, setting department goals and driving team motivation to exceed targets
• Ensure proper merchandising, presentation, and cleanliness of the sales floor
• Train, coach, and develop the Motorclothes team to build product knowledge, upselling skills, and brand enthusiasm

As the Motorclothes Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the look, feel, and performance of our retail experience.
