The Motor Grader Operator is a skilled position responsible for operating motor graders to fine-grade roads, job sites, and aggregate surfaces while maintaining quality standards and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

Ability to sit for extended periods while operating heavy equipment.
Frequent climbing, standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
