Job summary

The Kearney Companies is seeking a Motor Grader Operator to support our Riverview, FL project sites. This full-time, in-person role requires operating a motor grader to spread and level dirt or road base to grade specifications across site development projects in the Brandon/Riverview area.

Responsibilities include shaping shoulders, finishing slopes, and performing both fine and rough grading while prioritizing safety.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of Motor Grader Operator experience.
• Excellent safety awareness and willingness to follow policy and safety standards.
• Effective communication with operators, foreman, and truck drivers.

Responsibilities

• Operate grader to spread and level dirt or road base to grade specifications.
• Shape and finish shoulders and slopes.
• May perform fine or rough grading as needed.
• Take action to avoid hazards or obstructions; monitor operations for safety.
• Willing to assist with other positions for job completion.
• Supervise crew personnel as needed.
