Job summary

First Class Transportation is seeking a Motor Coach Operator for a PM shift in Austin, TX. You will transport employees between designated park-and-ride locations and workplace facilities, operating commuter and inner-campus routes with a focus on on-time performance.

The role requires a Class A/B CDL with Passenger Endorsement, English proficiency, and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Current Class A or B CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
• Registered with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Able to speak, read, and write English.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to safely operate a motorcoach in interstate commerce.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Professional, dependable, safety-focused, customer-service oriented.
• Available to work PM schedule.

The Role

As a Motor Coach Operator, you'll safely transport our client's employees between designated park-and-ride locations and their workplace facilities.

You’ll operate assigned commuter and inner-campus routes, maintain on-time performance, complete vehicle inspections, and provide professional customer service while representing First Class Transportation.

Routes may include:

• New Braunfels
• San Marcos
• Kyle
• Georgetown
• surrounding Central Texas communities
• inner-campus routes

Schedule

This position is a PM shift may begin as early as 2:15 PM ending around 8:45 PM. Weekday and weekend assignments may be required based on operational needs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years old
• Current Class A or Class B CDL with Passenger (P) Endorsement
• Must be registered with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must be able to safely operate a motorcoach in interstate commerce
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Professional, dependable, safety-focused, and customer-service oriented
• Must be available to work PM schedule

Driving Record Requirements

No more than 2 tickets/minor violations or preventable crashes in the past 3 years, OR no more than 3 tickets/crashes in the past 5 years.
