First Student is hiring full-time CDL Bus Drivers in the United States. No experience is required; comprehensive training will help you become a safe, professional driver. Earn $24.00 per hour with a training rate of $17.00 during training, plus benefits and a 401(k) with company match.

As a Full Time CDL Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in your community. No experience is necessary! We are here to help you succeed with expert training and guidance to help you become a safe and professional First Student Bus Driver.

Bus Driver benefits:

Your day as a Bus Driver will include:

• Safely transport passengers to and from their destinations.
• Supervise boarding and unloading at stops; assist passengers with seatbelts and mobility aids.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections (brakes, lights, tires, emergency exits).
• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the bus clean and sanitary.
