Collaborate with teachers, uphold program rules, and support the instructional team under direction from teachers and the program administrator. A strong attendance record and urban-district experience are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with ESSA qualification.
• Willing to learn the Edmentum Courseware Curriculum.
• Clerical typing and report preparation skills.
• Positive attendance history and strong work ethic.
• Interest or experience in an urban district.

Responsibilities

• Provide motivation and hands-on academic support for under‑credited students to meet graduation requirements.
• Work with teachers to manage participation and uphold program rules and goals.
• Be accountable to the program administrator for duties assigned.
• Operate with general direction from classroom teachers as part of the KILP team.
• Support instructional staff and administrator decisions; encourage student attendance.
