Ampact is seeking a dedicated Math Tutor who will assist students in a local school to improve their math skills. The role involves leading tutoring sessions, conducting assessments, and tracking student progress. Ideal candidates should be 18+ years, have a high school diploma, and must successfully complete a background check. The position is full-time for the school year 2026-27, with daytime hours Monday to Friday. Part-time positions are available for 25 hours per week. Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be a citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
Must be able to successfully complete a background check.
Responsibilities
Be a caring adult who's focused on helping children thrive.
Lead tutoring sessions and follow a schedule to ensure students receive support.
Track student progress and meet regularly with the school's on-site coach.
Conduct skill assessments and enter student scores in data software.
Commit to your own growth through coaching and training.
