Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

• General knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
• Possess physical strength sufficient to perform assigned duties.
• Must obtain and maintain a CDL Bus license and drive a bus when called upon to do so.

Responsibilities

• Performs recurring tasks under direct supervision in accordance with established practices and cleaning schedules.
• Changes in work methods or procedures are indicated by a supervisor and work is reviewed for cleanliness.
• Performs lighter manual cleaning tasks across the building and moves furniture as needed.
• Cleans restrooms, fixtures, and replenishes supplies.
• Reports damages or repairs to supervisor and assists with related duties.
• Cleans sidewalks and grounds as required and maintains campus areas.
