Digital, Marketing & Creative Recruiter (freelance & direct hire)

This role is hybrid. They are onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays in Atlanta near Truist Park, work from home Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This is non-negotiable. You must have your own laptop.

This is a 40 hour/week freelance opportunity slated for 12 weeks and will ideally start in the middle of May.

Our CPG client in Atlanta is seeking a Motion Graphic Designer with strong digital production design skills!

As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will work closely with the Creative team and support the Social Media team on various digital design and video project needs. To do well in this role, you must have the ability to hit the ground running and meet hard deadlines. Having the ability to work quickly, make requested edits, and be organized with your design files will be key.

Motion/Video Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and creative social media content video, gifs, memes and photo content within short timelines for trending topics or agile requests.
• Edit high-quality video to be used on various platforms such as, Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and Reddit
• Partner with brand and digital teams for video strategy and concept planning
• Familiar with social platforms to create social-first content and adapt content to meet each platforms needs
  
  

Digital Production Responsibilities:

• Create Alt and Enhanced Assets for Amazon, Walmart, Lowes, and Home Depot for various Digital Platforms
• Resize various assets for web, social, and other digital motion graphic designs for multiple purposes.
  
  

General Responsibilities:

• Assist with visual-related tasks such as ensuring brand look & feel consistency, messaging consistency, proofing content, and more
• Follow brand and logo guidelines outlined by corporate business requirements
• Assist with various graphic design projects, including but limited to logo/brand identity, online ad graphics, web site design, and more
• Use the client's proofing and project management tools.
• Properly organize design files
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a digital designer
• Video Editing experience with Final cut pro, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, etc.
• Ability to size for web and use a proofing tool. The client uses WorkFront.
• Expert experience using Illustrator + Photoshop, and motion graphic design software.
• Must have your own equipment.
• Experience within CPG or related industry (Home Depot, Walmart, Lowes, Grocery).
