Qualifications

• 3+ years of motion design experience in-house at a tech company, agency, or motion studio.
• Ability to balance systems thinking with bespoke creative execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Balance systems with bespoke craft across campaigns, events, digital, and video.
• Architect and maintain central motion systems including templates and MOGRTs.
• Deliver high-impact motion packages for flagship events and activations.
• Create brand motion that elevates product launches and campaigns.
• Drive social and digital storytelling with kinetic, scroll-stopping content.
• Collaborate with editors and producers on title sequences and overlays.
• Push the boundaries of brand motion and optimize assets end-to-end.
