Pinterest is seeking a Motion Designer focused on SMBs to join our Paid Performance Marketing team. You’ll shape motion-first campaigns, collaborating with designers and writers to turn insights into high-performing creative while using animation and editing to tell compelling stories for SMB audiences.

With 3+ years in motion for performance marketing, you’ll leverage Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, explore AI tools thoughtfully, and communicate clearly with both creative and non-creative

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of motion work for performance marketing, digital advertising, or social content.
• Portfolio shows motion across social/digital with strong storytelling and pacing.
• Attention to detail in layout, typography, color, and movement.
• Experience designing and animating for product-focused and brand-building campaigns.
• Comfort working quickly across multiple projects with testing and learning.

Responsabilidades

• Develop motion assets for SMB audiences across social and digital channels.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, producers, and growth partners to move ideas from brief to final delivery.
• Iterate based on data, creative insights, and channel best practices.
