Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of motion/video for performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Portfolio showcases motion work across social and digital channels.
• Exceptional attention to detail in layout, typography, color, and movement.
• Experience designing/animating for product-focused and brand campaigns.
• Ability to work quickly across multiple projects with testing and learning.
• Strong collaboration and communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with SMB audiences is a plus.
