Pinterest, Inc. is seeking a Motion Designer focused on SMBs to shape how Pinterest connects with small and medium businesses through motion-first campaigns. You will collaborate with world-class designers and writers to storyboard and deliver dynamic campaigns for our Marketing team.

The role emphasizes animation, editing, and visual storytelling to turn insights into high‑performing creative, with responsibility across brief to final delivery and a strong focus on brand alignment.

Formación

• 3+ years creating motion/video for performance marketing, digital advertising, or social content.
• Portfolio showing motion work across social and digital channels with storytelling, pacing, and platform constraints.
• Attention to detail in layout, typography, color, and movement in motion.
• Experience designing/animating for product-focused and brand-building campaigns.
• Ability to work quickly across multiple projects with a bias toward testing and learning.
• Strong collaboration and communication; articulate motion decisions to both creatives and non-creatives.
• Experience with B2B/SMB audiences is a plus.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; comfortable with AI toolsets.

Responsabilidades

• Evolve Pinterest’s performance motion across social and digital touchpoints.
• Create globally resonant, high-impact motion assets for SMBs while preserving Pinterest branding.
• Iterate quickly and communicate ideas across fidelity levels (frames, animatics, rough cuts).
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, producers, and growth partners from brief to final delivery.
• Use SMB performance data and channel best practices to refine motion approaches, timing, and narrative.
• Explore and responsibly integrate AI and emerging tools to speed up exploration and pre-viz while maintaining craft.
