Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Designer within our Paid Performance Marketing team to shape how Pinterest shows up across social and digital advertising. You will concept, collaborate, and execute on a broad range of creative briefs from our world-class Marketing team.

You will develop pixel-perfect assets, iterate with feedback, and leverage AI tools to optimize your workflow, partnering with copywriters, motion designers, producers, and marketers to elevate the brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Passion for developing thoughtful design solutions that create a huge impact.
• Exceptional attention to detail in composition, layout, imagery, typography, color and pacing.
• Strong sense of concept within static and motion assets.
• A portfolio with outstanding digital and social creative work.
• Awareness of current design and cultural trends in design, music, art, fashion, AI, and tech.
• Willingness to take on new opportunities and work with ambiguous briefs.
• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and present work.
• Continuous improvement of processes and workflow, leveraging AI where helpful.
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects quickly and efficiently.
• Interpersonal skills to inspire others to achieve their best work.
• Hands-on collaboration with partners from concept to delivery.
• Fluency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; Magnific a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Craft-forward creativity with awareness of AI toolsets
