Job summary

Tecla is seeking a Motion Designer to join a brand-new, remote, full-time team supporting a global enterprise B2B technology program. You’ll craft motion and animated HTML5/display banners, working within templates and evolving pipelines to scale output for engineers, IT decision-makers, and buyers.

The role requires 2–4 years in motion design, strong After Effects and Premiere Pro, and the ability to adapt to briefs, assets, and system templates.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in motion design / digital creative, in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong After Effects and Premiere Pro with typography and UI animation sense.
• Experience building animated HTML5/display banners to ad specs.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate high‑quality motion and HTML5 banners on briefs and storyboards.
• Build and maintain shared After Effects and HTML5 banner templates for volume output.
• Iterate edits quickly under tight deadlines and stay organized.
• Collaborate with Senior Motion Designer, Art Director, designers and editors.
