Job description

*Native/Bilingual English is required for this role (read/written/spoken)

Monthly salary: $1,300 - $1,600 USD

Along with our partner, we are seeking a Motion Designer to join a brand-new, dedicated team supporting a global enterprise B2B technology program that is still building its workflow. You’ll need to be flexible, self-directed, and highly adaptable- working quickly and precisely as briefs, tools, and processes evolve.

The program produces motion at scale across many simultaneous campaigns for a technical audience of engineers, IT decision-makers, and enterprise buyers. You’ll design and animate polished motion - including animated HTML5/display banners - against briefs and storyboards, working within the team's templates and systems. We want a strong craftsperson who moves fast without dropping quality and is comfortable in an evolving pipeline.

What You'll Do:
  • Design and animate: Create high-quality motion and animated HTML5/display banner units - typography, layout, compositing, transitions, UI animation - on-brand, platform-appropriate, and built to ad specs (file weight, clickTags).
  • Work from briefs and storyboards: Bring concepts to life from scripts, boards, or loose direction while keeping craft high.
  • Build to system: Use and help maintain shared After Effects and HTML5 banner templates so output stays consistent at volume.
  • Iterate quickly: Assemble edits and turn revisions efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Keep it organized: Manage media cleanly, keep project files relinkable, and follow naming/QC conventions so anyone can pick up your work.
  • Collaborate: Partner with the Senior Motion Designer, Art Director, designers, and editors on cohesive creative.
What You'll Need:
  • 2-4 years in motion design / digital creative, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong After Effects (and working Premiere Pro), with a good eye for typography, layout, composition, pacing, and UI/screen-based animation.
  • Experience building animated HTML5/display banners to ad-platform specs (Google Web Designer or Celtra a plus).
  • Reliable and precise under shifting priorities and tight turnarounds.
  • Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and judgment on when AI fits versus when precision or brand-locked work needs traditional animation.
  • Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, proactive approach.
Nice to Have:
  • Enterprise or B2B technology brands and technical/brand-safe creative.
  • Design fundamentals in Figma / Adobe Creative Suite.
Engagement & Hours:

Working hours align to U.S. Eastern or Pacific time, with occasional early-evening (ET) overlap for EMEA/APAC. Available full-time.

  • A fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to join a brand-new creative team and help shape scalable motion workflows.
  • Two weeks of paid vacation per year.
  • 10 paid days for local holidays.

*Please note our partner is only looking for full-time dedicated team members who are eager to fully integrate within their team.
