Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year technical degree or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or related field.
• Proven experience in motion control, robotics, or industrial automation with customer-facing roles.
• Experience with industrial protocols CANopen, EtherCAT, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP.

Responsibilities

• Advanced technical support for ultra-low voltage drives and brushless AC servomotors.
• Coordinate medium- to large-scale customer projects from requirements through deployment.
• Develop and validate drive system architectures, including PLC and ROS integration.
• Engage with customers as a technical contact, assist with commissioning and optimization.
• Support Sales in technical evaluations for New Business Opportunities (NBO).
• Create technical documentation and training materials for customers and internal teams.
