Job summary

Seakeeper, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our Leesport, PA facility. You will design fixtures, tooling, and workholding, optimize CNC programs, and support manufacturing with lean improvements and MES integration.

You will collaborate across teams, document Standard Work Instructions, and help improve layout and material flow to boost efficiency on a complex electro‑mechanical system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–4 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Skilled in designing fixtures, workholding, and tooling.
• Strong GD&T knowledge.
• Experience with Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Design machine and assemble fixtures, as well as workholding and tooling.
• Document and maintain Standard Work Instructions.
• Improve factory layouts and material flow using 5S and Lean.
• Create, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for turning and grinding.
• Support manufacturing with line-down troubleshooting and MES.
• Analyze MES production and warranty data for improvements.
• Record process cycle times using MOST Analysis and track OEE.
