Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant engineering experience or internships/co-ops.
• Strong foundation in mechanical design, tolerances, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with 3D CAD tools, preferably SolidWorks.
• Interest in DC motors, motion-control, and integrated motor systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and improve DC motors, motor components, and related motion-control products.
• Create and update CAD models, drawings, specifications, test plans, and engineering documentation.
• Support prototype builds, product testing, troubleshooting, and design validation.
• Use test data and manufacturing feedback to recommend design improvements.
• Support new product introduction and sustaining engineering activities.
• Assist with manufacturability improvements, cost reduction, and material evaluations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to solve technical problems.
• Support engineering change processes and maintain accurate product documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards and test methods.
