Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp in West Chester, PA, is seeking an Application Engineer to serve as the technical liaison between customers, sales, and engineering teams for advanced motion control solutions used in aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial applications.

This customer-facing role combines engineering expertise, technical solution development, and project management to support customers from concept through prototype, qualification, and production launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics or related field.
• 3–5+ years in relevant customer-facing engineering roles.
• Experience developing technical solutions with customers; strong communication; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and program objectives.
• Develop and recommend motion control solutions aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Translate customer requirements into technical specs for engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Evaluate applications with motor sizing, feasibility, and performance validation.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, operations, and quality teams.
• Support long-duration development programs and international travel as needed.
