AdventHealth in Littleton, Colorado is seeking an experienced RN to join our Full-time Night shift team. You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments, and educate families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary staff.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required (RN)
• BLS CPR certification required
• Experience in acute care setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Create and adjust individualized care plans per standards and patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes.
• Respond to clinical changes and participate in performance improvement activities.
