Riverside Community Hospital seeks an experienced Mother Baby Registered Nurse to provide preventive and supportive intra-operative care based on patient needs. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality maternal-newborn care in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires CA RN license, BLS & NRP, and at least 1 year of recent specialty experience; you'll assess patients, administer medications, coordinate care, and involve families in planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
• Current California Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
• Current BLS & NRP
• A minimum of 1-year recent experience in specialty

Responsabilités

• Medication administration based on patient age and condition
• Head-to-toe maternal/newborn assessments
• Develop and revise individualized plan of care
• Communicate with charge nurse, coworkers and physicians
• Coordinate interdisciplinary patient care
• Assist physicians with mother/baby procedures
• Engage patient/family in care planning
• Maintain interdepartmental relationships
• Identify psychosocial needs of patients and family
