Job summary

The Mother Baby Registered Nurse (RN) at HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital provides high-quality patient-centered care and coordinates all unit functions during the shift. The RN directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care, serves as a staff resource, and supports the hospital’s mission and patient outcomes across the department.

Qualifications include RN licensure, an Associate Degree, BLS within 30 days, and Neonatal Resuscitation within 90 days.

Qualifications

• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Neonatal Resuscitation certification due within 90 days of start date.

In collaboration with other members of the management team, the RN directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
