HCA Healthcare Summerville Hospital is seeking a Mother Baby RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on the dedicated unit. You will coordinate care during shifts and work with the management team to uphold service excellence.

Qualifications include RN license, an Associate Degree, BLS within 30 days, and Neonate Resuscitation within 90 days. This position emphasizes compassionate care and clinical collaboration within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Neonate Resuscitation must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• RN (Registered Nurse) license or credentials required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on the Mother Baby unit.
• Coordinate and direct nursing care during the shift in collaboration with the management team.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Mother Baby Registered Nurse (RN) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the management team, the RN directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

What qualifications you will need

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
