Job summary

Saint Peter's Healthcare System is seeking a Mother Baby Clinical Coordinator RN Nights for the Mother-Baby 3AB unit. You will coordinate resources, promote patient satisfaction, and collaborate with all hospital departments to ensure optimal neonatal and maternal care.

Requirements include NJ RN license, BLS, NRP Part I (Part II during orientation), and BSN preferred. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in specialty preferred.
• BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provider) certification Part I required.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provider) certification Part II obtained during clinical orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination of resources and activities.
• Interact with all Hospital Departments to initiate, coordinate and maintain optimum patient care.
• Actively promote customer satisfaction as well as a positive work environment.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care activities appropriate to age/growth in collaboration with the Nurse Manager.
• Report significant changes in the condition of the Unit, incidents and/or personnel problems.
• Maintain knowledge of and be responsible for Nursing Quality Improvement activities on assigned shift.
