Job summary

Allan Myers Inc. is seeking a certified MOT Manager responsible for the maintenance of traffic on the project, including installation, operation, maintenance, and service of traffic control devices.

The role requires ATSSA/SHA Traffic Manager Certification, highway experience, and a valid driver\'s license. You will lead flaggers, manage inventory, and prepare daily MOT reports on a self-perform bridge/civil construction project.

Qualifications

• Must possess working knowledge of traffic control devices.
• Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a traffic control plan.
• Install and remove traffic control devices per the traffic control plan.
• Delegates assignments to flaggers and monitors their performance.
• Monitors inventory, quality control of current inventory, and provide proper amount for each project.
• Complete daily MOT reports.
• Administer periodic inspections of traffic control devices and provide corrective action as needed.
