Job summary

Allan Myers, Inc is seeking a certified MOT Manager to maintain traffic on the project, including installation, operation, maintenance, and servicing of traffic control devices. The role includes daily maintenance logs and liaison with the Owner on MOT activities.

Responsibilities include developing traffic control plans, device installation/removal, supervising flaggers, monitoring inventory, and completing daily MOT reports.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• HS diploma/GED required.
• ATSSA Certification and SHA Traffic Manager Certification required.
• Highway experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a traffic control plan.
• Install and remove traffic control devices per the traffic control plan.
• Delegate assignments to flaggers and monitor their performance.
• Monitor inventory, quality control of current inventory, and provide proper amount for each project.
• Complete daily MOT reports.
• Administer periodic inspections of traffic control devices and provide corrective action as needed.
