Job summary

Jr. Davis Construction Company, Inc. in Florida is hiring capable construction professionals to join our heavy highway and civil projects.

You will help build roads, bridges, and highways while adhering to safety standards and on-site protocols. We value teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Suitable candidates have at least 3 years of field experience, are on-site for daily huddles, and are willing to travel and work nights or weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of construction experience.
• Knowledge of FDOT and MUTCD standards.
• Ability to work on-site in various weather conditions.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure traffic controls are set up, maintained, and removed safely.
• Participate in daily huddles and follow verbal instructions.
• Identify hazards and maintain a safe work environment.
• Travel and work nights/weekends as required.
• Lead with integrity and produce high-quality work.
