Job summary

Flatiron Construction Corp is looking for a dedicated worker in San Antonio, Texas, to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and preparing construction sites by removing debris and hazards, loading and unloading materials, and assisting with scaffolding and structural support.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage between $19.00 and $24.00, alongside comprehensive benefits, including a paid time off program and a robust 401(k)/RRSP plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and prepares construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
• Loads or unloads building materials to be used in construction.
• Builds or takes part in bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
• Digs trenches, backfills holes, or compacts earth to prepare construction.
• Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
• Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.
