Brycon Corporation in Texas is seeking a construction laborer to perform a variety of physical tasks at project sites and demolition locations, assist skilled trades, and help keep sites organized and safe.

You will operate basic hand and power tools with proper training, coordinate with equipment operators, and participate in daily site cleanup. The role supports career growth with competitive pay, benefits, and education reimbursement.

Formación

• Background check and drug/alcohol testing required.
• High school diploma or equivalent desired.
• Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction projects and demolition sites.
• May operate hand and power tools of all types with proper training.
• May clean and prepare sites.
• Will assist other craft workers.
• Coordinate with equipment operators to align and move machinery.
• Load/unload trucks; haul and hoist materials.
• Pick up tools, equipment, and materials, and assist with securing the job site each day.
• Perform daily tasks in a safe and workmanlike manner in accordance with company policies.
• Other duties, as assigned.
• May work extended hours, weekends, and holidays per FLSA guidelines.

• Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction projects and demolition sites
• May operate hand and power tools of all types in conjunction with proper training
• May clean and prepare sites
• Will assist other craft workers
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials (certified/training)
• Load/unload trucks; haul and hoist materials
• Pick up tools, equipment, and materials, and assist with securing the job site each day
• Perform daily tasks in a safe and workmanlike manner in accordance with company policies.
• Other duties, as assigned
• Employee may be required to work extended hours (more than 8 hours per day), weekends, and holidays. Employee will be compensated based on guidelines in the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent desired
• Ability to maintain cooperative relationships with those contacted in the course of work activities
• Must successfully complete background check and drug/alcohol testing.
