Job summary

HNTB Corporation in the United States is seeking a Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Project Manager I to lead MOT plans and construction phasing on large design-build projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction, coordinating with design teams and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities include developing project scope and proposals, leading staffing, and guiding project delivery from pre-award to construction, with travel to multiple project offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop the project scope and fee quotation; assist in proposals and contracts per SCA.
• Serve as the primary client liaison; manage project team to deliver scope, schedule and budgets.
• Perform technical tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production.
• Lead project delivery using SDA; develop and execute the project management plan; mentor staff.
• Coordinate with managers on staffing, recruitment, development, and performance reviews.
• Support business development and client relationships; lead proposal development and presentations.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and staff reporting; ensure project staff performance and compensation reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
