Job summary

HNTB is seeking a Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Project Manager I to lead MOT design teams on large-scale, fast-paced design-build infrastructure projects. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, and contractual obligations while coordinating with clients and project staff.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 8 years of relevant experience, with 2 years in task management or Deputy PM, and travel to project offices.

Qualifications

• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.
• Willingness to travel to project offices.
• Demonstrated leadership of MOT design teams on large design-build projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Act as primary client liaison; manage project team to deliver scope, schedule and budgets.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production.
• Lead the project management plan and supervise/mentor staff.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development, retention, and performance reviews.
