Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Project Manager I to deliver MOT plans, construct phasing strategies, and manage budget, schedule, and contractual obligations on fast-paced design-build infrastructure projects. You will lead project teams, liaise with clients, supervise staff, and contribute to business development while traveling to project offices as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience required; 2 years of Deputy PM experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations; assist in proposals and contracts.
• Lead client liaison and manage the project team to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Perform technical analysis, design, and production for assigned projects.
• Implement SDA delivery plan; develop and execute the project management plan; mentor staff.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, performance and compensation reviews.
• Support business development and client relationships for strategic projects.
