Responsibilities

• Develop project scope, fee quotation, and assist with proposals and contracts per SCA.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage project team to meet scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Perform technical tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for assigned projects.
• Lead project delivery using SDA and supervise staff to meet objectives.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development, and performance reviews.
• Support business development and prepare proposal materials; lead interviews for strategic projects.
