Arrive Alive Traffic Control in the United States is seeking MOT/Barrier Wall Techs to maintain safe traffic flow in construction zones, set up lane closures, direct traffic, and follow FDOT standards. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, able to work in fast-paced sites, and communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors.
The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The MOT/Barrier Wall Techs is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient traffic movement through construction zones. This includes setting up and maintaining lane closures, directing traffic, and adhering to all FDOT standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, possess the ability to work effectively in fast-paced conditions, and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.
