Job summary

MVP Sports Clubs, Inc. is seeking a Group Exercise Instructor to lead energetic, motivating classes across our West Michigan facilities. You will deliver high-quality instruction, stay current with MOSSA programs, and maintain a safe, clean exercise space.

The role requires a passion for fitness, strong communication, and the ability to work within our team environment in a part-time capacity, with benefits for part-time staff as described in our program.

Qualifications

• Certification in group fitness or MOSSA/industry standards preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• 1+ year of experience teaching group exercise.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, safe group exercise classes for all fitness levels.
• Arrive early, cue music, and prepare programming.
• Maintain attendance records and achieve goals set by leadership.
• Ensure equipment safety and clean group exercise areas.
• Educate new members on class format, options and equipment.
• Coordinate with management to obtain substitutes when needed.
