Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is hiring Mosquito Technicians to deliver high-quality outdoor pest-control service, prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction. You will inspect sites, perform mosquito surveillance, and apply larvicides/adulticides per label, recording results in our system.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, good math and communication skills, and a willingness to learn. We offer benefits from day one and a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide; follow instructions for mixing on product labels.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Routinely inspect control zones for potential mosquito breeding habitat and presence of larvae.
• Assess inspection sites and apply appropriate control techniques (no action, source reduction, biological, chemical).
• Place and retrieve monitoring devices and enter data into the company database.
