KBR is seeking a MOSA and Sustainment Data Rights Analyst to support the U.S. Army's FLRAA program in Huntsville, Alabama.

This role sits at the intersection of acquisition, IP, technical data rights and MOSA implementation. The selected candidate will help the Government develop and execute strategies that ensure the Army obtains, protects, and leverages the technical data, software rights, and intellectual property necessary to support long-term sustainment, modernization, competition, and

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• U.S. Citizenship Required.
• Active secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
• Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs.
• Experience with intellectual property, technical data rights, software rights, or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of data rights concepts (Government Purpose Rights, Unlimited Rights, etc.).
• Experience reviewing, assessing, or managing technical data deliverables and CDRLs.

Responsabilidades

• Support PM FLRAA in developing and executing data rights and MOSA strategies.
• Analyze contractor data, software documentation, and contract deliverables for rights.
• Evaluate data rights assertions, licensing provisions, and markings.
• Assess technical data packages and related program artifacts for compliance.
• Advise stakeholders on adequacy of delivered rights for sustainment and modernization.
• Research government use cases to determine rights requirements.
• Identify data rights gaps or restrictive provisions impacting future efforts.
• Assist in planning and negotiating data/IP requirements for contracts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Develop executive analyses and briefs for Army leadership.
