Job summary

San Juan College is seeking an experienced instructor to prepare students for the MOS exams within the Center for Workforce Development. This role may offer remote or hybrid work for adjunct employees in NM, AZ, CO, and TX, with prior approval required for remote work.

The instructor will handle course development, teaching, and classroom management and assist with marketing the classes as approved by the director.

Qualifications

• Active MOS Associate certification in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 and at least 1 year of teaching, corporate training, or public speaking.
• Access to home internet, a personal computer, and telephone is required.
• Demonstrates skill and willingness to learn and use multiple technology platforms to communicate with students.
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume (Required)
• Unofficial Transcripts with qualifying degree conferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare students for MOS exams and deliver non-credit instruction.
• Develop course content and manage classroom activities.
• Assist with marketing classes with approval from the Community Learning Center Director.
• Collaborate with the Center for Workforce Development staff.
