Job summary

SRI Conference in Dallas is seeking an experienced professional to join the CSG - Mortgages and Structured Products team. The role focuses on asset management and risk mitigation for a portfolio of loans collateralized by cash-flowing assets.

You will prepare monthly reports, support loan agreements, collaborate with trading, IBD, and technology to drive automation and data-driven insights, and help drive performance against financing documents.

Qualifications

• Mortgage banking or financial industry experience required.
• Strong communication with clients, law firms, and vendors.
• Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines; willing to extend hours.
• Demonstrate leadership and motivate others.
• Experience with portfolio management or risk mitigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of structured corporate loans collateralized by consumer loans
• Prepare and update monthly reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with negotiation of loan agreements and documents
• Support trading desk and IBD in platform diligence for prospective clients
• Monitor loan facility collateralization and market pricing adjustments
• Coordinate leverage and payment activity requests between clients and internal teams
• Track deliverables and financial metrics under financing documents
• Analyze portfolio trends and present risks and opportunities to stakeholders
• Partner with Technology to support automation and big data initiatives
• Develop reporting solutions from available data sources
• Maintain project tracking systems and communicate results to business groups
• Monitor business plan performance and provide recommendations
• Communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
