Job summary
Goldman Sachs in Dallas seeks a detail-oriented professional to oversee a diversified portfolio of structured corporate loans collateralized by consumer loans and real estate assets. You will monitor risk, validate collateral, and prepare monthly reporting for stakeholders.
You will collaborate with the Mortgage Loan Trading and Structured Finance desks, assist with loan agreements, and coordinate with technology to support data-driven reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, law firms or vendors.
- Solid analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
- Experience in mortgage banking or financial services is required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and/or manage a portfolio of structured corporate loans collateralized by consumer loans
- Prepare and update monthly reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with negotiation of loan agreements and related documents
- Assist trading desk and IBD with platform diligence for prospective clients and lenders
- Monitor and validate loan facility collateralization and market pricing adjustments
- Coordinate leverage or payment activity between clients and internal stakeholders
- Track deliverables and financial metrics under financing documents
- Analyze portfolio trends and communicate risks/opportunities to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Technology to support automation and big data initiatives
- Develop reporting solutions across data sources
- Maintain systems for tracking projects and communicating results to business groups
- Monitor business plan performance and provide tactical/strategic recommendations
- Communicate effectively in a high-paced environment
