• Experience with mortgage liens and short sale/liquidation preferred.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and attitude while speaking with customers or via email.
• Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and formalize retention or liquidation workout solutions with defaulted borrowers to avoid foreclosure and mitigate loss.
• Analyze loan data to determine best workout solution and project potential losses.
• Prepare complete package for management review to obtain transaction approval.
