The Loan Research Negotiation Specialist II will negotiate and formalize retention or liquidation workout solutions with defaulted borrowers, in an effort to avoid the completion of foreclosure and to mitigate loss to the borrower and the company. As the Specialist, you will ensure activities are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations as well as in accord with PNMAC policies and procedures.
