Guaranteed Rate Affinity, LLC ("Guaranteed Rate Affinity") is a joint venture between Guaranteed Rate, Inc (NMLS: 2611) and Anywhere Real Estate Inc. • Clearly communicates conditions to the POD.
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of condo documentation and applicable company and investor guideline/procedures.
• Maintains a high level of communication with all company employees.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills - must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient use of the internet and computer applications such as Microsoft Office
